Stop over building

Too close to HS , ES and housing.

I live close to this land and I don’t want any more businesses up here. The Green Valley Grocery property has empty suites in it. So it’s not business friendly anyway.

We do not want a bar/tavern this close to our kids and schools.

We live in Las Vegas within a mile of the intersection and oppose the inclusion of gaming and liquor sales integrated into the community.

I purposely purchased my home due to its proximity away from commercial areas and lack of stores in my "back yard". This is not OK. Please know this, the voters are watching who doesn't care about this community and our concerns.

Please leave this area residential

I live near Decatur and Horse and do not desire that commercial that close to my home and schools.

Please leave residential land zoned residential. The campaign donations that these contractors provide will far be outweighed if this project goes through and EVERY MEMBER OF THE BOARD LOSES THEIR SEAT FOR A BRIBE. ask yourself “is it worth my job as a councilman?”

We live in this area and do not want gaming, liquor, or convenience stores i.v this area. Alcohol and and convenience are already available right down the street. Please respect the wishes of homeowners and their quality of life and not just corporations who wish to commercialize this quiet area of town.

I live within a mile of this and dont want these types of businesses in my community

I bought my house this far away from commercial properties for a reason! We don’t need 4 liquor establishments in less than .25 of a mile!!! No No No!!!

There are plenty of commercially zoned areas within driving distance. We do not need or want them as next door neighbors.

Please don’t bring a bar to our neighborhood. We live in the nw away from the strip for a reason. There are several elementary schools close by and we need to keep our children safe.

Let's create a family friendly community. And let's listen to the voice of our concerned (and voting) constituents. Thank you.

We bought away from the strip to live in a family friendly area. Please don’t bring more of the Vegas life this way. We have enough drunk drivers here already!

The building of the proposed commercial sites would completley disrupt the wonderful community that has already been established in this area. As the mother of 5 kids that attend the schools close by I would worry about the extra traffic and amount of people that this would bring to the area affecting the safety of my children.
