The NE corner of Decatur Blvd and Grand Teton Dr at the 4+ acre parcel on the NE corner of this intersection SHOULD REMAIN RESIDENTIAL in its zoning and classification.

There are plenty of locations for a bar. This should not be one of them.

This development would literally be adjacent to my back yard. As a school teacher I am also worried about the negative impact this would have on the students driving to school as well as the young students who are picked up and dropped off by their bus daily less than 1000 feet from this location. If there is already an area nearby zoned for commercial, why force this unneeded development into a peaceful neighborhood?

I agree 200% in this petition.. this is bad for the community. We don’t need another drinking establishment.

The bar and tavern should not have been approved.

The biggest reason we moved to this area was to get away from these very type businesses. And to enjoy the peace and tranquility found in a ranch style development. When will local governments start listening its constituent, and not be driven by developers money.

I oppose this development & proposed plan. The safety & well-being of our children & grandchildren is priority.

As much as I want to bring revenue to this area I don’t think I want a “tavern” that’s unnamed so close to my back yard

This is totally unacceptable, all the cities want is more tax money. They never care about the citizens.
