Safety at Decatur & Grand Teton

I live at this intersection and do not want this business development. It's ridiculous to have another gas station .8 miles from the existing one. We do not need or want any additional commercial zoning.

I oppose this development. Do not agree with proposed plan.

The partial needs to remain residential only.

I dont want the proposed changes to the corner of Grand Teton and Decatur. We live out this far for the peaceful living. Allowing a 7-11 and gambling will bring bad element. 7-11 are magnets for crime. I know..I had to sit on a jury for theft of yep you guessed it two 7-11,s. I vote no!

We do not need or want this piece of property rezoned commercial it was NEVER intended for this and that is a big reason most of us bought and live in this area. We were told it was and would be zoned for houses

Do NOT do this. How would YOU like to have a bar and gas station and noise in YOUR backyard? This is an awfully bad idea and it's going to ruin this neighborhood. Don't be GREEDY!!!

Hopefully this will be left as it has been for many years there would be no reason to undermine the people living in this area. Do not make this a commercial mistake. I would also investigate the representatives that all voted for approval.

I do not support any type of commercial shopping center. We were told when we moved in that this whole area would be residential.

I do not support constructing a commercial shopping center. I extremely oppose the city allowing this and a bar that will bring dui drivers into our community. We like our rural setting out here and do not want it disturbed. The zoning clearly states this type of project is not allowed..

Gas stations tend to attract undesirables at night. That’s the last thing I want in my neighborhood.

It would be patently inappropriate and premature to reflexively rezone the property in question from R-E to C-1 at this time. The North Las Vegas City Council ought defer such a decision pending development of the 21.33 acre Parcel 1.1 in Valley Vista which is already zoned C-1 per the original Park Highlands master plan. Again, there is no imperative to reclassify the R-E lot north of Grand Teton and East of Decatur until development of the commercial Parcel 1.1 across the street actually does occur.

Absolutely against building a bar/tavern in that area.

We specifically moved to this area, like most people, to avoid commercial building. Please keep residential. It is completely unnecessary and will probably not be successful anyway.
