Please proceed with building the new bar and restaurant! This area DESPERATELY needs some new places to eat! All of the comments wring their hands about safety are just bizzare. Its a restaurant people.

There is no need for an additional convienant store in our area we have Walmart on Decatur, Smiths Aliante and a gas station/ service store on the corner of Horse and Decatur.

I am a homeowner here and have been for 11 years and this type of development so close to our neighborhood and within 1/2 mile of elementary and high schools is unacceptable and should not be permitted.

I have lived in this quiet neighborhood for 11 years and am raising my children here. I am strongly against this type of development so close to our homes, essentially in our backyards.

No way!! Keep this area residential. There is an abundance of commercial establishments within a few miles. Especially no the the bar/tavern with gaming. This is a family area.

Please keep this area resident friendly. If you must commercialize, consider opening local restaurants.

Keep it residential! And if what I researched was correct, 7-11 is one of the convenience stores that tells their employees to do nothing in the event of a robbery. This is common knowledge & will just make it easy pickings for robberies & bring these people into our neighborhoods.

This does not blend with the zoning for the community adjacent to it, and will be a blight to the neighborhood, and introduce crime/drunk driver elements on a residential neighborhood.

This is a residential area NOT for commercial development. Build in your residential area!

Well accross the street (se cornor Grand Teton and Decatur) has been zoned for commercial I'm pretty sure we will get a grocery store and a strip mall and not a single person has bitched about that.

No. No. And NO. How many of those potential business owners want gambling, a bar, or a 7-11 to share a wall with their backyard? I didn't think so...

I am against this commercial development, it should not have been approved in the first place.
