Following the Taylor report top flight English teams are forced to have all seater stadiums. This undoubtedly kills atmosphere (with exceptions). 'Safe Standing' is a way of allowing people to stand at football matches, but it is safe. This has been very succesful in Germany and other places in Europe. There is no reason why it can not be put to good use in England (The Home of Football) We will put this petition through to all that are concerned when we feel we have enough 'signatures'.
