The traffic on Durnsford Road outside Sainsburys is very heavy and moving well in excess of the speed limit. A nasty accident is sadly inevitable. LBM need to address this urgently.

My 2year old daughter was nearly knocked down by a speeding moped recently at the crossing on the corner of ashen/durnsford. Speed restrictions and better signage is essential.

Pls look at the junction with Arthur Road also as the lorries hurtle over the bridge and there is no assistance to help pedestrians cross safely, and it's right outside a nursery!!

Any steps that can be taken to make the road safer would be welcomed. I have frequently seen cars skipping the lights at both crossings on Durnsford and this really worries me. Signage signalling cars to slow down as children are crossing should help or a 20 mph speed limit.

I worked at WPPS for 13 years, during that time we had a lollipop lady and zebra crossing by Ashen Grove. That then got replaced with the lights. There has always been issues. It's about time it is sorted once and for all especially with the vast increase of pupils attending the school now.

I drive to west wimbledon primary school for years for my children and also worked there. The drivers drive so madly down Durnsford road. This should have happened years ago.
