This intersection is used often by pedestrians and is in the middle of two traffic lights where vehicles often speed 10 mph above the posted speed limit. Please strongly consider installing a stop sign and crosswalks.

The intersection at Sergeant and Frankford is confusing and such a blind turn that you have to inch your car out to see if any traffic is approaching. A stop sign would be helpful.
