Need more security presence and help for mental health and homeless people. During the cold weather we will start seeing more transient and it can be scary when I take my child on the train.

Get the smoking bums and conductors, yes, I've come across conductors driving trains smoking on the job, off the damned Blue Line. If administrators are not going to take care of these issues fire their asses too.

Been complaining about this before covid the Red is REALLY RIDICULOUS you cant even sit down on Saturday and Sunday Mornings because the Homeless using the Sits as Beds lets no talk about the 50 drugstore dealers omg

It's so much worse now. I ride nearly every day, sometimes late at night. I am 80 yo. and don't want to lose what we have to the people who want to ruin the CTA.

Cta definitely needs to do something to make conditions safer for passengers and employees because at this point all they care about is the fare not safety at all

I work for CTA as a train operator. Things are definitely bad and unsafe.

I prefer to take the CTA bus because I feel relatively safer than taking the L due to how “ratchet” it feels. I would prefer a much safer environment when traveling on the L
