No bathrooms is a problem. Need Bathroom attendants.
Need Food Vending
Need access to clean water
Need a Free Ridershiip for very low poverty
Need a universal transit pass for metra/Cta/Pace

La situation es muy peligrosa necesitamos Mas vijilancia cada vez q uso El transporte no se que situacion me encontrare un asalto, personas fumando Marijuana o personas vendiendo cosas robadas...muy critica la situacion...la linea Roja es demasiado sucia asquerosa...por favor necesitamos ayuda.

The amount of crimes that I have seen committed on the CTA is appalling. The sad part is that many of them happen so fast that by the time the offence is over the responsible party has already left the train and the train is already headed to the next station. And people are afraid to report for fear of retaliation. On the day that I am writing this I was at the Grand Red Line stop around 5:20 and there was a man who claimed to be homeless yelling at people to give him "$3 for a sandwich!" And when they wouldn't he would tell insults, slurs and threats at them. I went to inform the CTA employee on duty but they were not in the booth. The disruptive and treatening individual got on the train and continued his behavior for 2 stops until the train got to Clark and Division where he got off and still continued his behavior.
Events like this have become uncomfortably too common on the CTA. Something needs to be done.

I have been riding the CTA all my life. And it can be scary at times but it’s my only way of transportation. I see people smoking inside train carts. People fighting. People dealing. Lots of things that make me feel unsafe, especially as a woman. And I can only imagine how unsafe CTA employees might fee knowing that they’re the middlemen between people causing trouble and regular riders. Please help make the CTA safer

We cannot travel in peace because there are always people smoking sleeping and drinking inside the trains and selling drugs
