Dangerous Nightclub in Pinehurst

I have been by there around 8:00 on Sunday mornings watching drunken people congregating around their cars. Definitely not something that should be near a residential neighborhood

Shut it down!

A club does not need to be there. It should be a coffee shop and/or cafe or something along that line that's only open during daylight. A new place for brunch would be good, especially in front of a large neighborhood!

I live in the neighborhood and it’s unacceptable when they are also throwing trash out of their windows when leaving

I often run early in the morning near this establishment. I often see dangerous activities like drinking in public, operating vehicles under the influence, the smell of marijuana and fighting between men and women.

A loud nightclub should never be allowed in our subdivision.

They need to respect the neighborhood, I couldn’t even look at it for a grooming salon but a damn nightclub at all hours of the night with drunk hookers walking our streets is acceptable? Hmph.

This night club is a nuisance.

Why is there a nightclub in the middle of our neighborhood? It's so noisy and causes lots of problem for the residents here in Pinehurst.

A club is too dangerous in the proximity of this many residents. It would create a crime increase in that area that the city police would not be prepared for

they need to relocated their business away from residential area. I am sure their customers will find them wherever they go. But please let us and our neighborhood have some peace.

Apparent danger to the citizens living in this neighborhood and those in the streets at that time of the morning.

A neighborhood is not a place for an after hours nightclub to be allowed...especially an establishment causing this much trouble to the neighboring residents.

I Just moved into the Berkley neighborhood. I am convinced without a doubt, the Laughing Lizard cannot stand. It has to go. If we are invested in West Mobile and want to move forward, we have to rid our residential areas of any kind of establishments that would prevent us from moving forward. I am pro-bussiness, but I prefer, legitimate business and i certainly don’t think this is one. In conclusion, I support this business license no longer being in existence and ridding our neighborhood of this problem

We would like to have a quite neighborhood

Our family has lived in Pinehurst for almost 20 years and we are tired of picking up beer bottles out of our ditch on Monday mornings. We seem to be the dumping ground for the empty bottles before they pull out onto Hillcrest Rd. Many times the patrons of the club & clubs past, who have been drinking too much avoid going out onto Airport Blvd, drive through our neighborhood and out to Hillcrest Rd. :(

This is a loud nightclub that doesn't need to be in the Pinehurst neighborhood.
