The activity occurring on a regular basis both inside and outside the club is not only dangerous to nearby residents but also adversely affects the property values of the entire Pinehurst community. If the City intends to indemnify us, continue to do nothing. If not, do your job!

My young child ran over something in the parking lot with her bike yesterday. She thought it was some kind of drug paraphernalia and called me over because she was scared. It turned out to be a metal wire shaped to unlock and break into vehicles. She also saw someone behind the dumpster after a car drove behind the building slowly. She was crying the whole way home. We were only over there watching the lightning bugs.

There are far to many families and children to allow this to happen. It is not only a nuisance but a safety issue for the family that live within Pinehurst.

Please do not allow this to happen. We are a quiet family oriented neighborhood. I do not need or want this type of establishment located adjacent to our wonderful neighborhood.

No business like this should be allowed in a residential area. My daughter lives across the street & has had pictures on the wall shaking because the music was so loud & after the 10pm cutoff time!

This is the 3rd or Forth club in there since I moved here over20 years ago this is ridiculous that we have to keep doing this to try and keep a safe neighborhood! The only way to fix this is to keep complaining and signing the petitions.

I have physically seen drug deals going on in that parking lot while driving by.

Have dealt with drunk patrons at 6 am on my way to work on wesley Avenue being loud and puking on the street these people dont even live in the neighborhood

We do not live in an “entertainment district”. We bought our homes with the expectation of being able to enjoy a peaceful existence and sleep at night instead of being subjected to a nightclub in our front yard.
