Deplorable hazardous driving conditions, dangerous to drive and due to road conditions I have had to purchase 2 sets of tires in the last 2 years ! I work five minutes from my home in ssp , it's not due to the mileage. It's potholes that swallow tires and valleys in the road that eat my car for lunch. Need a serious highway contractor that's successfully paved roads !

I guess the work started around 2 years ago and now it's only less than 50% complete and still they are working on one side of the road. The other side is untouched. I am afraid they would take at least another two more years to complete the rest of the work. By that time there is a risk for so many lives. So, whomsoever concerned in this, please speed up the work and save our lives. Think if you would risk you or your family's life on this dangerous road everyday and treat our lives as equal.

I take my life in my hands every time I have to leave my home to go anywhere. the road conditions are unacceptable and its taking forever to finish the construction

Make the road closed for thru traffic which is commonly done in major cities to reduce traffic and expedite road construction. Have followed behind many vehicles that come off of Legacy to gain access to 380 via 423 when it would be easier, safer and faster to take the DNT service road to 380.

The right turn from Panther Creek and FM423 has a narrow radius...it's a scary ride nothward from there!

All this delay in the completion FM 423 has caused me hardship. Traffic congestion , vehicle damage (shocks, tires), close call on accidents are the few I problems I can name. Please expedite this construction.

This road should be moving along faster. Next year there will be 4-5 more apartment and housing complexes on 380. Right now 423 is our only lifeline to get to Little Elm. With 720 under construction now it is only bound to get worse. MCM leaves leaves the current road in terrible condition and watching cars 'spin out' to get out of the side businesses is accident city. Please fix this faster.
