It is nearly impossible to get out of our subdivision without a near accident. The poor conditions of 423, the blind spots, and congestion are a nightmare. Please work to remedy this mess.

I have stoped using this road totally until it is finished. Do not vist any business on 423 between Eldorado abd US 380.

The "repairs" are poor excuses. My last car went through 2 full sets of tires in 2 years. The construction plan boggles my mind. Why isn't the 423/Panther Creek intersection a priority? This road makes me want to move away from Little Elm. It's so stressful to drive on and I usually only drive from Rockhill to Panther Creek.

I have ruined a tire and almost wrecked in the winter due to people dodging potholes and slipping over to other lane while doing so. I avoid Little Elm at all cost now after this just to avoid 423 and travel to Denton or Frisco if we need anything. We on 380 only have 3 ways into little elm 423 is our main route. It's not going to get better as the houses keep going up

This construction really needs to speed up to help the residents of the area and make them safe while using the FM423, and people around this area do not have any other choice but to use FM423.

I was told by my builder this road will be completed by early 2016 and I am not seeing this complete by end of year.
