The construction on 423 is going painfully slow. I am home during the week and I see so few workers. I wonder all the time if it will ever get completed. I am always scared driving on that road due to amount of traffic and the horrible road conditions.

The progress of this project is pitiful at best. When you benchmark it against other projects in the DFW metroplex, it lacks in many categories from proper signing, traffic management, schedule management, resident communication, etc..... When you then compare it to private projects in the area it is embarrassing, projects like Wade Park, Cowboys World HQ, Toyota, abs Legacy West. It really shows a lack of management by both MCM and TxDOT.

This road is horrible. I have been limited to one (inconvenient) entrance to my subdivision for the second time. The first time was several months. Please get this done ASAP.

Please fix it. Road is very dangerous at night. Lots of curves/road shifts and bad indicators caused me to hit something that resulted in my tire blowing out! It has been a long and difficult journey. Also takes 20 minutes or more to get out of Sunset Pointe onto 423 at the Woodlake light during various times. I could go on and on!

In less than 6 months a new school in our neighborhood (Frisco Hills) will be opening with only one street option as means for entering and exiting. How can this even be acceptable? Traffic during these rush hour times is already horrendous but now we are increasing it with the opening of the school. Things are only going to get worse.... Please help us fast track this construction so we can keep our families safe!!

Road and traffic conditions on 423 are horrible. Lighting inadequate. More progress should have been reached by now. TXDOT or contractor fault--I would say both. Please work faster.

The conditions of the existing road is awful and has already cost my wife and I over $800 in vehicle maintenance (tires, alignment, brakes). The contractor MCM is not providing sufficient safety procedures and plans for the areas north of Eldorado to 380. TXDOT has failed miserably of staying updated and providing responsible supervision for this project. It's unacceptable and we need this project back on track for completion.

The poor conditions have gone on far too long, and there is minimal to no progress on 423 since I've lived in Frisco Hills for two years. The conditions are unacceptable, and the lack of other routes leave us with no options, which is also unacceptable. Why is there no progress on the road!? Why isn't this a priority?!
