The road is very unsafe. I was nearly hit head on due to the sharp curves. I also hit a pothole at night (that I couldn't see) which threw off my alignment. Please repair the holes and get this unsafe road fixed soon.

The lack of safety guard rails is disgraceful. I've already seen one car go off into the 3 foot ledge created by the construction at the sunset pointe entrance. The car was just left there nose first into the gap. Orange cones are not sufficient especially when they get moved around by the workers who need access to their construction areas. This is shamefully unsafe. Do something before some tragedy like a bus full of kids going over the side of the ledge makes national news.

The progress on 423 seems slow at best. It was to be a two year project, but will definitely not be completed in that time frame. The pot holes and general shape of the road are beyond ridiculous. It doesn't appear that TXDOT is concerned with the tax payers safety or vehicles.

I live in Little Elm and work in The Colony right off FM 423. I have to drive this road everyday to and from work and it scares the crap out of me. This road construction needs to be done as soon as possible!

The ineptitude of all agencies in charge of building this road has been appalling. The construction thus far has been all over the place, without a clear plan or vision. Moreover, the road in its present state is not only a bottleneck for several neighborhood, but also represents a constant danger for accidents, of which there have been many. It is also worth pointing out that this road is being used by several school bus routes -- the children of these neighborhoods should not have to go to school over such awful and dangerous roads.

423 is absolutely awful. The 2-3 foot drop off in some areas traveling south towards Panther Creek are unbelievably dangerous. Orange cones aren't going to stop a school bus from flipping over and injuring multiple children. A concrete barrier needs to be put up the entire length of the road. This is just one of the major issues going on with this awful stretch of roadway.

We're done with dangerous entrances and exits to our subdivision. We're done with the damage to our vehicles from potholes and patched roads. Let's wrap this up!

This road has been a nightmare and makes me feel at danger when driving thru it, specially now that I'm pregnant. We hardly see people working on it and when they do, they are taking things apart because they failed inspection. We are all paying taxes and the rate of this progress is unacceptable!
