Clean up plowing is needed also. Take a look at the privately plowed alleys and take notes st paul.

I live on Ford Parkway. No matter how much snow falls it seems that the side streets around me don't get plowed in a timely manner, or even at all. This has been going on for years. I used to live in North St. Paul and there the plows were out on all streets even as the snow was still falling on all streets. I don't have a car and I have Multiple Sclerosis. I am very likely to fall crossing unplowed side streets or on street corners where the snow from the side streets is pushed by cars into the intersection. This is a safety issue for me as well as for other pedestrians and drivers.

Expo, Holy Spirit and Cretin Derham border our neighborhood. The streets are pathetically maintained and rarely plowed to the curb allowing only one car at a time to drive down the streets especially Hartford and Warwick. High traffic streets with inexperienced high school drivers and lots of bus traffic. Even some extra salt and sand would be nice on those busy intersections.

Just plow it! If I had known 11 years ago when I bought this house that I’d see the plow come down maybe 3-4 times a year, I would definitely had reconsidered buying a home in St Paul! Get with the program already, take care of your residents!

The road conditions are ridiculous! I see so many school buses struggling on the street, I fear for the children's safety! Not to mention I have lost work hours because I can't get off my street.

Anytime it snows around here Euclid and white bear you can never hardly get up and down the street our recycling just got picked up after 4 weeks because of the snow and the poor plowing job.

FINALLY!! Thank you Kathy for starting this. It's been so awful thus year that I decided it's time to move out of the city. We pay way too many taxes and additional "fees" to have such poor service.

I agree with this petition. I've lived here 5 yrs & have gotten stuck on my street & getting in/out of my driveway due to excessive snow on my street following snow falls when no plows have been there.

Agreed! Ridiculous not to have a snow emergency after 5+ inches if snow.

Finally a way to communicate my displeasure with the way this city addresses cleaning streets after snow fall. Absolutely unacceptable.

We have school buses come down our street Bayard Ave. every day, we need plowing right away.

I shoved all the snow to the curb in front of my house the night prior to the plows coming because I knew the snow would harden and be a problem for street parking. I come home after the plows and find snow "plowed" three feet from the curb. Very frustrating because now the snow is hard and people are parking too far into the street.

3 feet from the curb is not safe yet seems to be the norm in Highland Park. Have called to complain many times.

Medians or plowed streets? If I knew it was one or the other I’d rather have plowed streets so I don’t risk life and limb daily.

The current plowing works for people passing through the city but not for people living in the city.

Our streets are by far the worst of any I go in each storm. It takes forever for them to be plowed!!
