I have seen the loving work these guys put into maintaining this. It would not be worth £25k without their painstaking effort. This is a feature of Clacton and should be run under a trust.

Donate it to the society rather than sell it they have looked after it and maintained it all this time now the hard graft has been done you want to money grab. Absolute disgrace TDC are.

The council spend millions of residents council tax on council offices & the town hall. They could at least spend some of the money on something that the residents actually want.
