To support fairness and equity, we'd like to ensure all Chewtopians are taken care of now and in the future. Therefore, we are petitioning to Chewy's leadership to adopt a safe harbor 401(k) plan and more specifically, adopt option 3 of the Safe Harbor Contribution Formula:
3. Non-elective: Company contributes 3% or more of each employee's compensation, regardless of whether the employee makes elective deferrals.

YES PLEASE. We need better benefits if they want people to stay here long term.
