Safe Road Crossing at Woodpecker Hall Academy

A safe crossing outside a school is an absolute necessity!

This is needed and should be made a priority for the welfare of our children.

Let's us safeguard the future .safeguard the children. Protect the minors.

It surprises and concerns for the last 6 years there is still no safe crossing in front of our woodpecker primary school! Every day scares me when even walk with my children havimg to cross the road when droppingng them off in the morning. There are not only small cars driving pass in front of this school bjt buses trailers and trucks every time of the day but mostly in the morning rush hours. We should think quickly. Please fix a safe crossing.

That road is really dangerous. Only one crossing at the top end of the school but not the other end

As a parents we are very concerned about crossing the road, The cars are driving very fast as it is the rush hours.

We urgently need help from the council for our children safety

I would like to see a safer crossing installed outside the school as this is busy road and the school has no lollipop lady hence it is difficult to cross the road.

As a childminder I'm up at school with 5/6 children and it's always been hard trying to cross the road safely , we always have to rely on the driver to stop before we can cross which can sometimes be quite a long time

Please treat this as highly important. Because i have seen a lot of near misss, and is highly recommended. Thanks

Yes please put a crossing outside the school for the safety of the children. Currently there is no safe place to cross and it's a very busy road.

My son goes to Woodpecker Acamedy and his safety is paramount.

Would be great to see a safe crossing as there’s been times that lazy parents allow their kids to cross whilst they watch from the car as their child battles the road and into school alone

This is needed and very important for the safety of out children as Nightingale road is extremely busy at all times and drivers don't like to stop.
