Members of Saddlebrook Village HOA, Inc in Tomball, TX demand a Special Meeting per Section 2 of the HOA By Laws to hold a vote on whether or not to remove Jason Martinez (President) and Melanie Madden (Secretary) from their positions as officers and/or members of the Board of directors.
Per the By Laws of the association, a 25% vote is required to hold a special meeting to vote on the removal of board members followed by a majority vote of the members at the time of the meeting. Texas 209.00592 and 209.0058 allow for electronic signatures for said actions.
This petition is required to call a special meeting. This petition does not constitute your vote to remove.
