Unless we're getting police & Fire protection from the city of San Antonio, a library, walking trails, and community center, I don't understand how you can be part of a city and pay city taxes without any benefit.

I do NOT wish to be annexed by the city of San Antonio Tx. My property taxes are high enough. We cannot afford to pay any more.

Sadly I did not know about your petition until I started one on Change.org. Have you presented the results to
anyone at the city? We live in Village Green near Mr. "W" fireworks. Perhaps we can combine our efforts.
We plan to visit with Ron Nirenberg , Nina Nixon-Mendez and any city official that will make an appointment with us. Please respond. Vicky Herron

After attending last night's town hall, I don't see how this is beneficial to Alamo Ranch or the City of San Antonio. We should not be annexed and we should have the right to vote on whether or not we are annexed. We have the right to self-determination
