I oppose annexation because as a senior citizen, retired on a fixed income, I do not want to pay anymore taxes than what I am already paying, which is over $3,700. Please do not annex Walnut Pass!

I moved to Lost Creek 9 years ago because I love being near the hill country and am retired and cannot afford to have city taxes added to my already challenging monthly payment on my home. So my taxes will be about another $2,000 a year, do I go without medication or food, did u even take into consideration the senior citizens on fixed and limited incomes???
