as many have said very decent guy who knows the kiddies were looking to cause trouble, social media just causes more trouble.

Mistakes do happen

We all make mistakes, don't punish a hard working and genuine good guy

'our sergeant' is a model policeman. Have seen him create an amazing rapport and diffuse difficult situations on his duties. Racist? No way! I find this slur offensive to him.

Jason is one of the most engaging, fair, and reasonable officers I have come across. For football fans to stand together with him as a police officer speaks volumes about his nature and his character.

I am the club photographer for Aldershot Town and have known jason for many a season. The time and effort that he has put into his relationship with the fans is nothing short of a miracle. He shows a level of professionalism way above his duty. I urge you not to make a knee jerk judgment but the consider the bigger picture of his work ethics.

Been following Aldershot Town home and away since 1992 ... Had Jason police us home and away for as long as I can remember and before that he had Ian Parish with him. Jason is a good man .... Good police officer the fact this clip is only 11 seconds long says a lot where the rest of the video ?

At a time when the Police are struggling to engage with the public removing an Officer from public duties who is both popular and respected in Aldershot is madness. There was nothing Racist in that clip he was obviously providing a straight answer to a question from the person he was talking to. This clip has been taken out of context in an effort to cause problems for the Police in general and by acting in the way they have Hampshire Constabulary have played right into that persons hands. Restore Sergeant Holford back to public duties where he belongs

Find it strange that the video was the exact length of time that the alleged offence occurred..it appears to me the he was giving an honest answer to a question ..I have total respect for this Police officer who I must say performs in a professional way under sometimes difficult situations ...He is very friendly but efficient and with that in mind I would hope Hampshire Police look at this in a sensible way rather than with Political Correct Brigade .....In my view he has done nothing wrong other than be honest

Perhaps listen to the full clip before making a judgement, the group were obviously up redan hill to cause trouble, and because of the media circus & PC brigade a decent copper is told to stand down.

Always found Sgt Halford a very good officer and can't believe this is happening to him
