This needs to be passed he deserves to sit there with no deals whatsoever. He took a vibrant young woman's life over a few hundred bucks that is wrong on so many levels and a loving mother and someone that loved and cared about all of her customers that came in that store. He deserves to have everything taken away from him too bad there wasn't corporal punishment cuz that's what he really deserves he doesn't deserve to sit in a place where he gets three meals a day and can work in a gym workout in the gym and be on the computer and you know he doesn't gets to watch TV he doesn't deserve that.

As of October 2018 Death penalty was ruled unconstitutional in the state of Washington unfortunately
She deserves justice! He deserves everything he has coming to him. I hope the judge doesn't go easy on him! He is a POS for taking such a beautiful soul!

If DNA evidence is conclusive, the death penalty is the only acceptable offer. Else life without the possibility of parole if no conclusive DNA. Those should be the only two offers considered.
