I beg of you, for the justice of her grieving family, ans for the hanious and violent crimes against not only Mrs Chapman, in addition to crimes already commuted prior as well. This individual deserves the maximum penalty under law, and should recieve ABSOLUTELY NO DEALS. His crimes against community after community should serve as enough evidence to put this man away for life, and hopefully in all due fairness , catch the additional (if any) perpetrators involved. Sincerely, a friend of Kayla and as a concerned citizen for future protection of our community and others.

He should never be free again, he's proved time after time he has no respect for anything and has had no desire to change.

Murder, especially of an unarmed female, should receive only the highest punishment. This goes against everything that an American citizen's standards should uphold.

Put that man away. Kayla didn't deserve to be killed. Please find it in your heart not to let him get away with it.

No leeway, no way. This man is a coward and deserves to rot in jail like a worthless human he is.
