My husband and I are suppose to be living in our dream home! But right now the reality is more of a nightmare! So many flaws internally with the dry wall (i.e.: cracks, excessive nail pops, separation/ cracking of baseboards from the wall, and excessive moisture in crawlspace from insufficient ventilation). And this is the short list. trust me when I say there is much much more! Completely unexceptable!

The floor in the kitchen is coming apart. The house has many imperfections. Allot of nails showing and the shower corner titles are missing grout.
Carpet needs to be tighten.

Problems started 2 months after we moved into our brand new home. Almost 15 years later we continue to have water damage our basement along with other homeowners in the Adnell Woods sub-division in Bowie, Md.

Please email me with info. We bought/built a Ryan home 3 years ago and were promised that our street would never become a cut-thru not to mention constant problems with the house. CONSTANT. 60 days after moving in a sign appeared at the end of our street that they intend to cut thru. Our home owners deserve justice for this out right lying not to mention building a poor product! We live in Northern VA.
