I live in Ohio and built with Ryan Homes. I have dealt with incompetent Ryan Homes employees throughout the build process and my one year warranties. They are difficult to deal with and have experienced emotional distress. I hope you win!

Poor engineering practices during home building process; admitted by the project manager. I have been dealing with constant re-work for the past two years with no permanent fixes.

In the process of trying to get out money back from Ryan homes, as they keep telling us our "Dream home" is complete, but we keep sending a licensed home inspector, who keeps finding more and more problems with every new inspection

Ryan Homes built a new house for me 2.5 years ago; 2.5 long years of constant aggravation due to many deficiencies and a complete unwillingness of Ryan Homes and their construction managers to solve any many issues. The business strategy of Ryan Homes to construct the house with poorly qualified or unqualified immigrant labor without due supervision, followed by endless delays until the 10-month "warranty" runs out to avoid correcting deficiencies. Not to mention rude and dishonest behavior of the construction managers, who usually blame everybody else for the deficiencies, including the customers. I wonder how a car manufacturer or any other manufacturer would survive by practicing such behavior. Major revisions are needed in the law. Currently the customers have no protection and are at almost complete mercy of the builder and developer, after paying hundreds of thousands dollars for the house.

My 3-year old Ryan home is coming apart at the seams. Exterior framing around doors Dad windows are pullling apart. Spoke with Tyan Customer Service who basically said 1 year warranty has expired. Frustrated home owner in VIRGINIA.

I am a vet who used my wife's va loan to purchase our house from them and am very dissatisfied with them and the way they keep pushing off all their responsibilities and shunning us and have refused to fix the problems.

I just bought my home this month (September 2017) and it's already been a complete NIGHTMARE! We have so many issues in the home, I've lost count. I'm really hoping something can be done to bring this horrible company down!

My wife and I are suppose to be living in our dream home! But right now the reality is more of a nightmare! So many flaws internally (floor squeak, water leak into the patio backdoor, and excessive moisture in crawlspace from insufficient ventilation that create mold and mildew). And this is the short list. Completely unexceptable.

They ordered the wrong cabinets. Project manager had the wrong paper and WE had to send him the correct paperwork. Why are we giving him the paperwork for his job? Now it is going to be another delay due to their mistake. Our tile in the masterbath is a hot mess. Haven't even moved in and we are already unhappy. Hoping this townhouse isn't going to be a huge mistake.
