Had an issue with water leaking from my upstairs shower down through the electrical and spilling into the kitchen. Turned out to be a screw placed in the tile in the shower that should not have been there. Ryan homes said it would not repair. Big repair for me house was not even 10 years old.

Our new homes was newly built 4/2016 we settled and moved in 8/16 drywall issues and nails popping all over my house. Our house shakes as though we live near a railroad or having an earthquake!! Sump pump been making noises now that’s it’s after a year Ryan home saying warranty is up. Per my neighbors they got a lawyer and it was found that the house was built poor craftsmanship. 20k at Settlement new home I’m discussed!! Billionaire company ripping hard working people off!! If we don’t get justice we will be forced to file bankruptcy!! We live in york pa logan reserves devolpment.

We were lied to, they sold us subpar property and charged us for a premium lot. They did not follow through no 1/2 of what they said they would do. It is a joke and we were in no way newbies to the world of home building. I wish I could take them down single handed, but I can not. Instead, I will keep trying to sign and add input whenever and wherever i am able!!!

My husband and I live in middle Tennessee and built a Ryan Home last year (2017).
We have had nothing but problems, some serious. We are interested in a class action
lawsuit in Tennessee against Ryan Homes.

My 4 year old Ryan Home has poor craftsmanship and sub par appliances and HVAC unit. HVAC condensation in my upstairs laundry room has damaged my kitchen ceiling which is right below. Dishwasher leaks. Outside driveway light does not work (repaired twice). Bonus Florida room has ceiling and wall water stains and bubbling seams from leaks. Very disappointed to spend so much money on a home and have so many problems only 4 years in.

I own a Ryan Home. It was built in September 2016. Both of my bathroom and the laundry room which have tile floors started shaking and squeaking and joints are getting loosed. Not only that but also wherever is walked the most started squeaking and getting soft already even though is just two of us living in the house. I called the office and talked to a guy, and he said Ryan Homes is not responsible for the subflooring problems because one year has passed which was the warranty period.

We have several issues that were never properly taken care of. What do we do to get them to listen to us. We are retired 71 year old and living on a fixed income. I'm afraid this is probably the last home we will ever buy,getting too old to deal with moving again. Have only lived here one year and the carpet already needs replacing. Many other issues .

Backyard not leveled. Can't use lot that I paid for. Erosion occuring already. I may have mold damage from leaking basement door from faulty deck install, nail pops, uneven walls, paint splatter on cabinets, Microwave falling apart, dishwasher backing up, floor creaking, floors have dips in them as if you're going down a hill, faucets falling apart, faulty HVAC system.

I am signing the petition because Ryan Homes installed the wrong type of heating furnace in our home. As a result we had frozen pipes and I bought a new furnace. Ryan Homes would not reimburse for the new unit.

Purchased my townhouse in 2009. Many drywall issues. One wall going up the staircase bows out badly. Other drywall seams have cracked and the tape is falling off. Also shower pan of Roman shower improperly put down. It rocks cause the caulking to continually need replacement.
