we moved in about 9 years ago. Since moving in, re had Ryan replace the water after 1 month, then we replaced that after 7 years. We also replaced the ac unit after 5 years. This year, we had a broke/frozen pipe, in which we found out our countertop was not glued down at all. Also every time it rains, our backyard looks like a swimming pool. We are in Virginia. What is the lawsuit about?

We have several nail pops which is causing the drywall to crack and in some places have completely fallen down. We are outside the warranty so Ryan will not repair. I will never purchase a Ryan home again.

My house is not even year old yet and every since we moved in we had nails popping out everywhere. Floors and walls has been squeezed and it is annoying. When I called they said I have a serious settlement issues then they change the story and called it one time fix even though they are not responsible from floor and wall sounds. Then we had this tornado my bathroom lights start dropping waters and now I have to call them before my year ends. Service is terrible i put 3 service request and I get to set up only one so far. For a brand new build house the look nice from out side until you live in it,then you start realizing how low quality cheap house they build fire you

Leaking roof wood at base of the sliding glass door appears to be rotting and the house is not even 4 years old, drawer front just fell off, looks like it was damaged and they just fit it back together, particle wood.... Columns are splitting at the base.... Drainage!

Having multiple problems and complaints from our Ryan's Home in Newport News, VA. All due to improper construction and shortcuts in repairs. Home was completed in 2016 and now that warrantee has expired they of course wont do anything. My wife and I are frustrated and upset that our expensive investment was crafted so poorly. Ryan Homes needs to correct their building issues and put their company on track!

My husband and I are going through the same HVAC line condensation issues. The duct work was not properly insulated and has caused drywall damage, mold, etc. The main duct work has rusted completely and looks like it has come out of a 50 year old house, not 5. Also, we have had and are having roof leaks caused by nail holes. Water is leaking down the nail during big storms.

Only been in my home for 2.5yrs and had leaking from condensation of HVAC duct. Ryan homes won’t cover as they say I’m out of warranty however duct was not wrapping or insulation to prevent this problem. This is poor craftsmanship on Ryan part and another way to scam money out of customers NEVER again will I deal with Ryan homes

Have had issues of water leaks for years . Thought we had a plumbing leak and the plumbers could not find any sign of leak. Come to find out after a hard rain storm that the felt was never ran to the ends of the roof and in areas up to 8 inches showing with no drip rail and that has caused numerous leaks issues , sheet rock repair and mold issues

I am totally disappointed with my new home. I have problem after problem and I am truly fed up with Ryan Homes. Why are they getting away with building homes that are literally junk. I can't afford to sell it unless I am willing to put thousands of dollars in it to fix all the problems, and I've been told that the foundation problems can't be fixed without tearing down the house and rebuilding. My husband is a veteran and our sole source of income. Something has to be done about this fraudulent company.

Live in the state of Maryland, closed on our house 2 yrs ago. Nothing but heartbreak! Water leaks, big cracks on ceiling and walls nailpops. HVAC unit leaking, Hvac ducts not properly insulated so it makes the unit sweats alot and drip through ceilings. We are always told that we are out of warranty!
