I would like to see any collective civil action against William Ryan home in Bridgewater, Lakeland, FL 33805. Houses of the community have severely drainage issue, standing water. We need about 30 people to file a joint action. Thanks

Got deceived & tricked into legally binding contract, they told me there is no way for me to get out of contract. Can not see myself to be able to afford to buy Ryan home in Ohio.

Ryan home NC promised to build a home in April and finish by September. However they did not mentioned that they have not pass one of the permit. So we just keep waiting for 6 months for nothing. With our 20% down payment there we can't do anything. They refuse us to get the money back. The interest rate increased 5% so we are losing 200k of money. The staff are keep changing constantly which is really freaky. They are still selling the house! We seriously need to team up and sue this company. They are big time fraud.

My husband and I purchased our Ryan home in April 2018. We have had numerous problems with the painting that was done , rails that installed with no nail gun, second floor patio is a huge safety issue as it does not extend all the way out, kitchen cabinets, little or no insulation, interior doors installed improperly....

Bought in 2013. Major settling never fixed. Cracks in dry wall from first floor through third floor. Didn't build it specs. Lawn died in first year, as unit has had to be repaired no less that three times and new lines run. Ryan homes refuses to even have someone look at the structural issue saying we have to pay to have someone survey. Nail pops never fixed. Stairwell built incorrectly as a Queen size bed won't fit upstairs. Leak from dishwasher causing flooring issues, siding buckled due to sagging morning room too many more to list. Not happy at all.

I built my home in 2007 and in 6 months my garage molded out due to water damage although Ryan’s Homes repaired it I am now having leaks from two bathrooms and the laundry room. I am going to seek legal assistance and I will never get another home by this builder.

I have a relative that purchased a Ryan Home, and I have seen first hand the results of their work. Poor quality, and many major issues were discovered. Ryan fought my relative at every step, and in the end they did not live up to their obligations.

I purchased a Ryan Home in December 2014. Worse mistake of my life. As soon as you sign on the dotted line, they refuse to fix or replace ALL the things that are wrong. My en suite bathtub has cracks and the local VP refused to do anything about it; the house is settling sooooo bad that sheet rock is overlapping and there are huge cracks in the dry wall. Every time it rains, the outlet breaker for the lamp post pops because it is not wired correctly. I can go on and on and on.

Over priced poor quality, constant interior issues. Ryan Homes representatives attempt to convince you that there is no issue and or it's normal. They take no responsibility in issues, claim the warranty calls are costly to them, where had it been done right from beginning then a warranty call would not be required. Foundation not floated prior to LVP install, soft spots in floor and told it's normal.

4 yr old home; completely displaced from home due to water leaking from poor HVAC ducts and now found nearly 1600 sq ft of black mold. Estimated ~$60k to complete all mitigation. Ryan Homes is sickening. Literally.
