Do you have examples of schools where they have refunded the school fees? This might be helpful. Thanks

In these times as Parent we would like RWA to be sensitive to the situation. Also optimize the operating cost and provide some relief to parents.

Not a good time to be guarding PROFITs. Most other schools already announced 20-25% cuts. Poor decision for the long term reputation of the school not to refund. The provision announced too (it seems) offers just an interest free deferment of fees not a reduction.

Minimum reduction should be 30%, as a working parent of 2 I am not able to work a penny’s worth at home, with 2 kids who need full undivided attention to complete their “elearning tasks” which is more of a complicated never ending homework!

This is unprecedented times and the world around has changed so much. Everyone is struggling and so is the struggle to get kids to study at home. We have 3 kids and my husband the only Earner whose employment is also effected by Covid issues. Paying high fees for kids at this time will be next to impossible and will urge the schools to support parents at this Difficult time by reducing school fee and perhaps to go back to normal fee when things settle down and become normal

Please make sure that it doesn’t touch the teachers’ salary. It is a justification towards the reduction of the premises use and bills and the profit.

Many parents have to suffer of 50% and more. So we should ask for 50% reduction for the second term fees.

Please reduce fees to decrease the burden for parents in harsh times.

I believe that 30% is not enough. Many parents are on unpaid leave even and so no income for them. We dont know how long this crisis is going on for - so I am seeking a 50% school fee reduction.

Agreed, as parent we have always supported RWA and have gone out of our way to give added value back to the school. Now we are all in a situation where we have to stand together and help each other. Most companies have applied salary cuts upto 50% or even send their employees on unpaid leave so no income for unforeseen time. These times have never happen before and need extraordinary support for all of us. Being at home and working with our children, having this extra tension, not being able to go out. Spending time 24/7 with our children is great on one side but also needs a lot of strength for us as parent as we still have to do household, cooking, homework with the kids, studying with them etc. So RWA should support us parents for this second term with a reduction of 50% as most families have additional cost by being at home than they would normally have.
