Great man, great coach. He's shown a lot of dedication to the Red Wing community throughout the years. He gave me the nickname 'Milt' years ago during football, most Red Wing friends still call me that to this day, almost 10 years later.

I was privileged to have Russ as a teacher and my driver's ed teacher and later in life new him as a friend. My love and prayers go out to this wonderful man and his family.

I have had the great fortune to have known Mr. Marshall since I was small. I had him as a teacher, knew him as my friend Molly's dad, and saw him and his family each week at church. He is a passionate and caring person who sees the best in everyone. He is well deserving of this honor.
