Against- The ruby Mnts should not be turned into Tahoe, the road does not support the type of traffic associated with ski resorts. The mountain should be a protected area.

Take your ski area somewhere else! We do not need this! As a native Nevadan and a past resident of Spring Creek, this will forever change the beautiful area that now exists. The wildlife will be decimated, make no mistake about that! There are plenty of ski areas in the west, what we are losing is are beautiful natural landscapes, once developed it can nevet be undone. Lake Tahoe is a perfect example! Look at what has happened at Paliades Tahoe, there is no going back, they (developers) are never satisfied, bigger, more, more, more! And yes, I'm a life-long skiier.

This is a disastrous scheme that will wreck a beautiful area and wildlife habitats. The bio of the guy proposing the development shows before he did the recent Tech stuff he had worked for Credit Suisse. They’ve been involved in all kinds of past slimy ski resort stuff.

Leave the Rubys alone!! Is nothing sacred? Wild spaces must remain wild. Besides, ski resorts won’t be profitable for much longer the way global warming is going.

As a Nevada resident I oppose this plan to develop this property. Will nothing stop the wealthy from pushing their ideas and money to ruin the heart of the Nevada Ruby Mountains. Take your $$$ and keep it in California.
