I do not want to have an increase in traffic, especially the roundabout. It's nuts as it is, especially at 5 pm. Will it affect our water rates? I do not wish to see ski lifts everywhere as well. All around a bad idea for our "small" community. Let's keep it small

There is soooo much traffic on Lamoille highway now! And the only way in and out to Spring Creek/Lamoille from Elko!! Well except for dirt terrible roads.

I moved to spring creek for the rubies. It's a natural beautiful mountain. Not for commercial space. It's a small town and needs to stay that way

Do not ruin these mountains with more people, just for some money.

The one access road to Spring Creek from Elko needs to be addressed first, rather than kicking that down the road. The water is another issue. Why are we on water restrictions now if there is ample water.

I bought my house at the base of a mountain to enjoy nature and natural beauty not a tourist attraction, high traffic and unsightly construction

I live at the bottom of these mountains, this is the stupidest idea. There is not any good reason to do this except greed. Do not destroy our beautiful mountains. The people who live here do not want this here. This will not benefit the people who live here at all. There are plenty of jobs here for those who work. This will cause increase in housing costs. Increase tax cost, utilize water we struggle for now.

I am against this. I grew up in Elko. This development will negatively impact the Ruby mountains, Lamoille, Spring creek etc.
