The New Royal Mail's online dispatch manager is designed to ease the work of people who ship masses of parcels with them every day. This service is only offered to people who turn over x amount with them every year. Royal Mails development team have built a fantastic online system but have taken a step back in time by not releasing an API for it. What's the point in giving people this software and not allowing them to integrate their own dispatch software into it. If it's only offered to people who are dispatching a lot with royal mail, then do they really expect us to enter every single address manually onto it? Royal Mail have no plans as of yet to release an API. But hopefully if we can show a demand for it then they will get something in the pipeline for us.
