I would anticipate legal action to be taken against RE and the dealer for stating a service is part of the purchase. It’s one thing that helped me divide to make my purchase of my 23’ RE INT. There is no reason why RE should not be taking care of its customers. Again, if failure to fulfill a agreement will put RE and the dealers in the hot seat.

I have had to call road side assistance on my 2023 INT650 and they didn't seem to know anything about my RE roadside assistance. They asked for my membership number or my service contact number, neither of which I was given by my RE dealer. They wanted to charge me $255 to tow my non-running 2023 RE INT650. Not a good experience.

2020 RE650 with less than 1,000 miles, cutting out in traffic when it gets hot, since day 1!!

I haven't needed the roadside assistance, but the bike just "dying" happens about every 6 miles. I quick flip of the "kill" switch brings it back to life. Yes, I have changed the relays. Yes, I have removed all the crisco di-electric grease. Is it the kickstand interlock? The tip-over sensor? Don't know, but I only have 650 miles on my 650 Interceptor, and a short 6 mile ride into town has me flipping the kill switch at least twice.

I haven't needed the service yet but I am appalled that a company trying to make its name in the US market would fail like this.

Royal Enfield promises roadside assistance in their marketing campaigns for the RE 650 twins, and then fail to deliver when called for. Surely the good people at Royal Enfield don't want to have to deal with accusations of fraudulent advertising, but what are their paying customers supposed to think?
So Royal Enfield: Get your house in order by fixing the roadside assistance debacle or stop promising unsuspecting buyers with phony offers. If you can design and build these great bikes, you can certainly clean up this mess.

The promised Roadside Assistance Service is a huge part of one's decision to "take a chance" on a new Royal Enfield 650 twin, so it simply MUST deliver on its promises without fail each and every time.

Was told twice my VIN couldn't be found. The first time, it took a call to RE and wait for three days for them to get it straight - luckily I was at home when it wouldn't start. The second time, no VIN found and the dealer came to my rescue. Both failures were covered by warranty, but RE needs to get the RSA in line if they plan to be a trustworthy brand in the United States.

Left stranded on Sunday afternoon. Called RSA number kept in my phone but was told that they couldn't find me or the VIN number in their database. I purchased the bike in May and the dealer registered the bike soon after.
The bike suffered a major electrical failure which caused the bike to shut down completely. Part of the benefits of owning a Royal Enfield motorcycle is the 3 year warranty and Roadside Assistance. Apparently a number of other RE owners have had similar experiences with RSA. If Royal Enfield wants to plant their flag firmly in the US they must improve the customer service experience, especially when their bikes have failures that leave riders stranded far from home.
