I am concerned about my home value and quiet neighborhood should this cemetery be allowed. He is proposing building this on the county line, which scares me even more because he may want acreage that falls in Rockdale County as well.

The location of this cemetery will not only devalue the homes, but take from the neighborhood's natural beauty. I'm sure the adjacent ranches aren't happy about this considering their live stock and horses roam in direct view of the cemetery. How terrible for horses to roam alongside a burial site.

I am AGAINST building a cementary near my sub-division as it will bring the property value down and create more traffic. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN. I DO NOT WANT TO LIVE NEAR DEAD PEOPLE.

This is outrageous that they would come from Norcross or wherever else they come from to plant their dead in our backyard. Shame on the officials at City Hall for even contemplating this idea.

A cemetery near my house will scare my son who usually takes jogging along the road. A cemetery will definitely bring my house value down and cause traffic problem and safety issue. Besides, the cemetery will completely destroy the beautiful landscape.

I am strongly against a cemetery to be built in my neighborhood. It will not only devalue my property, but also will bring traffic problems and safety issues. Most of all, every day seeing a cemetery when I take a walk along the road will upset me and scare me extremely

I was recently informed by Rosebud Park HOA of plans to build a Cemetery site on property adjacent to the Rosebud Park Homeowners Association. I am extremely upset over the notification period. I am not in agreement with this plan,my concerns are bringing down my property value,the extra traffic,the location, and the rezoning. This proposed plan will not provide a good transition between the agriculture zone property.

I DO NOT want a cemetery in my neighborhood. It is bad enough that there is rental and lease homes here that affect property value. Find another place.
