If you ever saw this man "live" on stage, this wouldn't be a question. He belongs in the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame for many reasons. I saw him there in the early 1980's at the Cleveland Colosseum and was "WOWed" after his session - not even remembering who he opened for. With his talent, he should have been the main act. I got turned on to Rory when I was 13! he was one not to get commercialized in order to keep it as his love! may he and Johnny Winter carry on and set the pace for other bluesman following and blaze their own path (the last of the independents)!!

i saw rory three times at the santa monica civic center in the 70's..i loved rory and his band!!!!1
