If companies based at the ROC are genuine about improving the well-being of their employees then this should have their full support to ensure staff get a great facility to enable them to optimise their health (given the inherent detriment to employees health from doing shift work).

Network Rail - we were promised a gym when we relocated from Shoreditch, so it would be great to see this come to fruition. As many of the roles within the Control are sedentary this will help immeasurably.
