Other ROCs have Gyms, the one on Wessex has a personal trainer available from 0700 to 1900 Monday to Friday. This ROC should make this available to all. It promotes a healthy lifestyle and can help alleviate stress in a highly pressurised work environment.

I work for MTR Crossrail.
It would be great to have an on-site gym at the Romford ROC. It would be a fantastic addition to the already-good building facilities, as well as an enabler to the good health and overall motivation of employees.
