ROMANIA NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR WAYS. THIS IS BARBARIC!
Stop the slaughter. Simple as that.
This is absolutely heartbreaking. How can a country in the EU allow this to happen to innocent dogs? Stop the killing now.
Why is nobody doing anything about this? Its 2017 guys get it together.
I visited last year and the strays were everywhere. It is so sad and cruel how they are being treated. Things gotta change.
