Their should not be homework on the weekends in Delran Middle School. Homework on the weekends is harming the kids of this government. Many kids will be up late doing homework and end up being exhausted witc can make it harder for them to concentrate and do their work in school. Also homework on the weekends cuts into the time kids have with their friends and family. When kids are home on the weekends they should be getting away from school, and all its work, and playing with their friends or spending quality time with their family not stuck doing homework. Homework on the weekends just makes kids take school home which makes them lose oppertunities to biuld strong connections with thier family. For some families homework on the weekends can tear apart families trust and love. For example if a student wants to go somewhere but can't because the parents won't let them since they didn't finish their homework.This will cause the kid to become angry, at the parents for not letting them go and the school for giving the homework on the weekend in the first place. So no homework on the weekends can avoid this conflict.
