Did you know that Rocky Mount students are not allowed to freely visit with their friends during lunch? They are allowed to whisper for 5 minutes and then be silent for 5 minutes. This cycle is repeated throughout lunch. If you think that our children should be allowed to visit freely, and respectfully, with their friends, please sign this petition.
