Besides all that you have mentioned Rocky, at the time he returned to Cleveland from Detroit was (1965 I believe) he was given credit for saving mlb in Cleveland

Many have been inducted that are less deserving than Rocky. His career stats match up with most outfielders that are in the Hall of Fame and better than many. Put him in, should have been done while he was still living!
