As a youngster, I watched him play on television many times. There was no question that he was one of the best American league players for most of his career.. I paid attention to stats my whole life, and there’s no question he belongs in the Hall of Fame.

When he played in Detroit he was my favorite player, he was a complete player. With his stats he most definitely belongs in the HOF and most deserving to be there. Please reconsider your decision. Thank you

My favorite player of all time ! I have 2 of his Tigers jerseys that I wear to Tigers game and I get approached all the time ! My best friend has a Cash jersey so we go to games and the CC boys of 1961! Teaming with Mantle & Maris made a dynamic duo home run chase for the history books !

Colavito is deserving as is Shoeless Joe Jackson and former Giant owner, Horace Stoneham.
