Is it because he's Italian?

This man should have been in the Hall of Fame long before he passed on. That would have been a true tribute to him. Please, put Rocky in the Hall ASAP. Thank you.

I remember Rocky Colavito. He deserves to be a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Rocky was one of my heroes growing up. Had a Rocky Colivito glove I used for years. Even pointed my bat at the pitcher like he did. Helluva player but overshadowed and a little underrated back then.

During the time period of his playing days and after his retirement, Colavito's name was always in the conversation. Admired by all of the "old sand-lot gang". Get him into the Hall of Fame.

It's past time for him to be inducted. The stats speak for themselves.

Rocky may be the most deserving eligible player of his era that is not in the HOF, both statistically and popularity. The primary reasons he is not is because of the length of his career and lack of a championship. He is more qualified than several peers already in the hall. It’s time to right this wrong.

While I am a die hard Yankees fan, I saw the Rock play many times in my life (I am 72). Was thrilled with his short stint with the Yankees at the end of his career. He was indeed a great great ballplayer, a credit to his profession! He deserves to be in the Hall!!!
