Jireh Media LLC/ The ROCK FM Our primary plan is to lease 97.7 KHZR from Gateway Creative Media (JOY FM) for 3 years, beginning February. Christian Music and Talk Programming. Our services will include commercial advertising directed towards the 25-54 demographic. The ROCK intends to build a station which targets companies, listeners and advertisers by combining our managements experience in Broadcasting and Ministry fields. This type of Christian Radio does not exist in this community, which is unusual for a Top 20 radio market. The need to reach young people is urgent; we must help our younger generation and support their relationship with God. This station can bridge the gap and change lives for generations. Seeing this level of support for The Rock is exhausting but it proves I am not alone in wanting this change. It would be easy to step back now yet the goal remains just as vital as when I started.

My kids would love this. We need more options for them that actually share good values.
St. Louis really needs this. Everything on the radio right now is just noise or the same old songs. Would love to have something positive to listen to on my drive to work!

ABOUT TIME. Its crazy that a city this big doesnt have a real rock station for believers. Make this happen asap!
