To be fair WE ARE THE TAXPAYERS! We have the right to know what is going on. Your SWAT and other special teams are already encryptied and I am ok with that but not everyday stuff being encrypted.

I don't know why they want to keep this all a secret to protect peoples information from going out to the public when they have it all open online with mug shots and all. bankruptcy, etc. are public why be so secretive now on that???
