i live in Willow Bend. This residential ara has become a nightmare. We do not need one more anything as far as building in this area. The paragraph to the left which is the one left in mailbox says it all. Too much already traffic-wise. Progress is one thing but what is happening to Gwinnett is another thing altogether. If I had a way to get out of Gwinnett, I would and this is the reason.

This will increase traffic so much on Rock Springs road, it just doesn't make sense. That would mean four hundred more cars if these units are build. Too much traffic for this little road.
