Use garden compost to boost the caliber of your garden soil. Rich compost arises from the breakdown of normal vegetation, and it is natural and organic. It raises the structure of your respective dirt simply by making it a lot less packed, thus allowing greater h2o permeability. Garden compost could also be used to harmony the pH amount of your earth.

Rob Walker is a compassionate human-being, an excellent educator and would be a great loss for our school, as great teachers is a rare find. He has through years been a wonderful role model and touched the hearts of many students and families with his positivity. And it would be very sad to see him leave.

Rob Walker is an amazing teacher and a fantastic person. He has a wonderful energy and really connects with his students. My son was lucky enough to have him as a teacher for a few years and still takes part in Rob's sports discovery programs. It would be a terrible loss for the school if his contract is not renewed.

Two of my nephews were students of Mr. Walker and I was always deeply impressed at how he impacted my nephews' lives in such a positive way. When asking them what their favorite subject is in school, the boys always say "History!" and their favorite teacher, "Mr. Walker!" I am deeply surprised that a school such as TPS would let such a fabulous teacher go who inspires his students to read, write and share stories about history. Rob Walker is a teacher who adds value to the school as a solid educator. Why would anyone cut that off? I have always been impressed when I have seen Mr. Walker interact with his students, how involved he is with them and his professionalism. It would be a true shame for TPS to lose a terrific teacher and I am sure, with creative thinking from the Board, budgetary spending in other ways can be amended in order to retain Mr. Walker at TPS so other children can also have the fantastic educational experience with him .

I fully support this petition to keep Mr. Walker at TPS. Mr. Walker exemplifies TPS values both personally and professionally and is a tremendous asset to the school and its students. It is rare to find someone with the teaching gifts that he has. Our son has thrived with Mr. Walker this year and we want other TPS students to continue to have the opportunity to become inspired, passionate learners under Mr. Walker's caring and enthusiastic guidance.

Mr. Walker has a way of connecting with children. Both my daughter and son are very lucky to have had Mr. Walker as their teacher. They love Mr. Walker very much. We trust and respect Mr. Walker for his unique teaching style and his understanding of each student's personality. His patience and encouragement have been invaluable in helping our kids through rough patches at school. We hope sincerely Mr. Walker will continue to educate and connect with students at TPS!

Mr. Walker has not been my daughter's teacher yet, though he has always been cheerful, informative, and positive when I have talked to him in the hallways, ras well as when I have seen him interact so well with his students while in transit to another location. I hope my daughter will somehow be educated by this great quality teacher-- one who has been obviously espoused by all I know who speak of him and the comments listed here. We have seen a lot of great teachers go this year, and we would not like to see the loss of anyone else who obviously is much revered and influential in the lives of our children.

Not renewing Mr. Walker's contract is a huge mistake for TPS. Mr. Walker is an extraordinary teacher and a true inspiration to all the lives he touches. He is a gifted, talented, enthusiastic and a dedicated teacher. He is a role model to the impressionable minds of our children, which is very rare in today's world. He is caring, passionate, always smiling and just radiates happiness. Mr. Walker stands for what he believes in. He protects the kids and has only their best interest at heart. We can all learn something from him. Jonathan had the pleasure of being taught by Mr. Walker for two years (1st & 2nd Grade). However, I know a good thing when I see it and he has continued to be in Jonathan's life as his tutor every week. In our opinion he is by far the best teacher he has ever had. You can't make this about money when so much money at TPS is spent in areas that could be cut. Not only does he deserve a contract, he deserves a raise. Find a way to keep him in your faculty or your loss will be someone else's gain.
Sincerly,

Mr Walker is a thoughtful, caring and truly inspiring teacher. My younger daughter was lucky to have him as a teacher for 2 years at TPS and he was by far our favorite teacher at the school during our children's two years there. My daughter misses him a year after leaving TPS and wishes that he could be her teacher still. His love of learning and ability to connect with nurture and inspire young children is a rare gift and any school that is lucky to have him on their faculty would be wise not to let him go. I am astonished that TPS has not found a spot for this stellar educator to continue to contribute to their children's education and the school in general. I doubt Mr Walker will have trouble finding a school that will value and appreciate him for all that he has to offer, I wholeheartedly recommend him.

Mr walker was our son Forrest's teacher for two consecutive years. He is an incredible teacher who is passionate about teaching and genuinely cares about his students. The best part about 1st grade for Forrest was Mr. Walker. 2nd grade was amazing because the fabulous team Ms. Tillsley and Mr. Walker were. What a shame to lose such a stellar teacher. What a shame!

As a father of 2 boys I am so delighted to see some male teachers also in Primary school. Rob is an excellent role model of kindness, personal commitment and academic curiosity. He has had such a positive influence on my boy(s). It seems shortsighted to lose one of the best and most appreciated contributors to the special atmosphere at TPS as this could further impact the enrollment in Primary school. If it is for cost reasons then clearly there must be other ways to make this work, e.g. via reducing some of the many social events. TPS needs Rob, it is a much better place with him. I hope that this can be corrected soon. Rob and our children deserve it.

Mr. Walker is like no other primary history teacher and teacher at TPS. He has the gift and talent that TPS stands for: excellence and honor.
To lose him is to lose what TPS is. He stands for what is pure and noble and excellence. He not only teaches history to primary students in relevant and engaging ways, but he also teaches with compassion and love. EVERY child taught by him will acknowledge and EVERY parent who are blessed by his presence at TPS stands behind him 100%. If anything, he needs to be promoted and recognized at all cost. We at TPS should do whatever it takes to retain such an invaluable asset to health of our community.
